Here is this weeks hymn by Fanny J Crosby:-
To God be the glory, great things He has done;
So loved He the world that He gave us His Son,
Who yielded His life an atonement for sin,
And opened the life gate that all may go in.
Refrain
Praise the Lord, praise the Lord,
Let the earth hear His voice!
Praise the Lord, praise the Lord,
Let the people rejoice!
O come to the Father, through Jesus the Son,
And give Him the glory, great things He has done.
O perfect redemption, the purchase of blood,
To every believer the promise of God;
The vilest offender who truly believes,
That moment from Jesus a pardon receives.
Refrain
Great things He has taught us, great things He has done,
And great our rejoicing through Jesus the Son;
But purer, and higher, and greater will be
Our wonder, our transport, when Jesus we see.

We sing this hymn at our church too. Are you a secret Anglican?
Just back from bushwalking in Tasmania. My thoughts:
Tired, at times, beyond belief
Aching muscles, sore feet,
So privileged to experience
Such a pristine wilderness
I salute you Tassie
Excellent stuff!
Hi Pam, No I am not a secret Anglican - my background is quite interesting rally. I started in a brethren assembly when I was 4 and then left at 14. At 24 I started going to a Methodist Church and then when I got married I moved to an Elim Pentecostal Church and the to and Assemblies of God Pentecostal church and then came back into Methodism around 10 years ago.
