Glorious God our loving Father we come to you today in the hope that you will minister to us, that you will feed us not with bread or milk but with the word of life.
Lord you are our hiding place and as we come into your presence today we would pray for an outpouring of your Holy Spirit on our preacher and on each person present in this time of worship.
Help us Lord God to worship you in spirit and in truth and enable us to meet with you through all that we do in this time of worship.
We ask all these things in the name of Your Son our Lord.
